The good news is – you can with even just a few minutes of extra time. Stepping outside and into fresh air has many benefits, and these fun facts are just the tip of the iceberg. In a time when we are spending more time indoors than ever, getting outside is important, and if you’re looking for a New Year’s resolution, here’s why getting outside should be at the top of your list.
Here’s why you should make getting outside a priority in 2021:

Need we say more? As Steven Adler puts it, you can have all the riches and success in the world, but if you don’t have your health, you have nothing.
Commit to getting outside for just 20 minutes a day. Whether that be a round-trip walk to work, riding your bike to the store, or taking a walk during your lunch break. Make your walk work for you and do what you can with the time you have. Just be sure to dedicate a window of time every day to getting outside. Your body will thank you!

Brain fog and fatigue can easily creep in by lunchtime, causing your productivity to suffer. Can you relate to the afternoon slump?
